All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your email to eshippercare@gmail.com:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will evaluate your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety protocols, certain products (like cosmetics, personal wear, or intimate items) are non-returnable under all conditions.

Delivery Errors:
We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address input or failure to collect from the delivery point.
